The TPI 296 in a True RMS reading digital clamp-on meter which provides accurate measurements on non-linear waveforms such as those produced by Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's) or inverters. The instrument reads both AC and DC current and has a full range of additional features enabling complete electrical troubleshooting with a single instrument.
